You can cancel anytime in My Account → Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused subscription time. If you have unusual circumstances, email support@skyloq.app and we'll review your case in good faith on a case-by-case basis.
Email us at support@skyloq.app with the subject "Delete my account" from your registered email address or select delete account directly in the SKYLOQ app.
The SKYLOQ Assistant is designed to reference official aviation guidance and aims to provide accurate information. However, AI can make errors and aviation regulations change frequently. Always verify important information against current official publications before acting on it, and never rely on the Assistant for safety-of-flight decisions or regulatory compliance.
