SKYLOQ LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("SKYLOQ," "we," "our," or "us"), is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your data when you use the SKYLOQ mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
By using SKYLOQ, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

SKYLOQ uses artificial intelligence to power the assistant, insights, and goal recommendations. To generate responses, your inputs to AI features (including chat messages and relevant profile information) are processed by third-party AI service providers operating under data processing agreements with us.
We also use the following categories of third-party services to operate the SKYLOQ platform:
AI training and your data. We do not use your personally identifiable information to train AI models or for analytics. Our third-party AI service providers process your data solely to generate responses on our behalf, and under our agreements with them, your data is not used to train their AI models. Conversation data may be retained briefly by these providers for abuse monitoring before deletion, in accordance with their respective enterprise data policies.
Aggregated and anonymized usage data. We may analyze aggregated, anonymized usage patterns and trends (such as feature engagement, average usage statistics, and broad content patterns not tied to any individual) to improve the Service. This does not involve your personally identifiable information.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only in the following circumstances:
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. AI conversation threads may be archived after extended inactivity. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@skyloq.app. We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days, though timing may vary based on availability.
When you delete a post or comment, it is marked as inactive and removed from public view immediately. Residual data may be retained in our systems for a limited period before permanent deletion (typically within 30 to 45 days), except where retention is required for legal or safety purposes.
Direct messages are retained for the duration of your account. If you delete your account, your messages will be removed from your view; however, copies may remain in the recipient's message history until their account is also deleted or until our standard deletion process completes.
From time to time, SKYLOQ may offer pre-release features, advance versions, or testing programs to selected users. During these programs, we may review aggregated and anonymized usage patterns to improve the Service. We may also retain diagnostic data, crash logs, and feedback for longer than the standard retention windows described above to investigate bugs, validate fixes, and improve product quality. Participation in such programs is voluntary and may be discontinued at any time.
SKYLOQ includes community features that allow you to create and share content with other users. By posting content on SKYLOQ, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute that content within the Service for the purpose of operating the platform.
You are responsible for the content you post. You must not post content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others. Please review our Terms of Service for the full list of community standards.
Content visibility is controlled by the settings you choose at the time of posting:
Your profile information, including your display name, bio, home base, and profile photo, is visible to all signed-in users to support networking and discovery features.

We review reported content and reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service. We do not guarantee that all harmful content will be identified or removed.
We implement industry-standard security measures including server-side access rules, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), and authentication controls. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
SKYLOQ's minimum age is 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a user under the age of 16 has created an account, please contact us at privacy@skyloq.app and we will delete the account and associated data promptly.

Parents and guardians of users aged 16–17 may contact privacy@skyloq.app with questions or requests regarding their child's account.
You have rights regarding the personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@skyloq.app. We will verify your identity by matching against your account information before processing any request.
We do not sell your personal information. We do use third-party services to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns (such as ad conversion tracking), which may involve cookies and limited data sharing with the advertising platform. You can decline these technologies through our cookie consent banner.
SKYLOQ is intended exclusively for users located in the United States. We do not direct our services to, or offer them in, any other country. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own discretion and risk, and you remain responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. Material changes — including changes to data categories collected, purposes of use, sharing practices, or your rights — will trigger a renewed acceptance flow within the app. Non-material changes (typos, formatting, expanded clarification of existing practices) will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date.
